Tom's EFT Shortcut

These steps are not a part of "Official EFT" but allows you to apply EFT to yourself discreetly anywhere and at any time.
1. Notice your discomfort, maybe it’s from a worry thought, an anger thought, a thought of regret…etc.

2. Say something positive to yourself to reverse any psychological reversal you may have given yourself- saying something positive balances you. When you are balanced, the gentle tapping of EFT or massage works better.

3. Gently massage under your collarbones (K-27). You will feel a calmness. Treat yourself with some positive thoughts.
